Mrs Gray Agency was founded by former female athletes using their collective knowledge and experiences to represent a unique group of women.

Our mission is to diversify representation for women in sport, ensuring that our clients are celebrated as both athletes and females. 
We achieve this by supporting our athletes in every aspect of their lives, giving them the confidence to express themselves both on and off the pitch, court, field or track. 

Mrs Gray serves as a supporting network encouraging our athletes to succeed by being who they are, and not feel pressurised to conform.
